Introduction
Langa Solomon Incorporated (“LS Inc.”) is a law firm established in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014) [then the “Attorneys Act, 1979 (Act No. 53 of 1979)” was the applicable law]; and other applicable prescripts within the Republic of South Africa on 2007 Throughout its existence, approximately 15 years, LS Inc has established itself as a law firm of choice in the rendering of legal services pertaining, but not limited to the following:
• Administration of deceased`s estates.
• Magistrate and superior courts litigation.
• Drafting, vetting and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including memorandum of understanding and other related legal instruments.
• Drafting and interpretation of legislation.
• Legal advices and litigation relating corporate entities.
• Labour disputes resolution and participation at disciplinary enquiries, CCMA arbitrations, and labour court litigation.
• Legal advice, assistance and litigation relating to land claims, including restitution.
• Road accident fund claims and litigation.
• Promotion of administrative justice (advice and assistance on adverse decision by government institution).
• Litigation relating to divorce and matrimonial matters.
• Litigation and legal assistance on the application of municipal laws and related bylaws.

Our human capital comprises of administrative support and professional staff, 98% of which are historically disadvantaged individuals. LS Inc has a staff component of approximately 5 employees, two secretariat, one messenger, and two legal practitioners. LS Inc is located at 130 Marshall Street, Marshall Chambers, Office 6, Polokwane and is currently planning on opening its branch office in Pretoria. LS Inc possess facilities, such as electronic library, vehicles and so forth, which are essential in the rendering of legal services. These human capital and facilities form the blood and backbone of our day to day operations, and as a committed South African entity, LS Inc supports and plays a major role in driving and enforcing transformation.

Mr Letago Mveleli Solomon LANGA
Director
Mr Langa was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1997, and practiced as such for a period of approximately 29 years. Throughout his tenure as a practicing attorneys, Mr Langa gained a valuable exposure and experience on administration of deceased`s estates; magistrate, labour, land claims and superior courts litigation (including representation at CCMA arbitrations, arbitrations on contractual disputes, labourdispute litigation, litigation relating to land claims, road accident fund litigation, litigation on procurement and promotion of administrative justice, including access to information,litigation relating to divorce and matrimonial matters, litigation and legal assistance on the application of municipal laws and related bylaws); drafting, vetting and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including memorandum of understanding and other related legal instruments;provision of legal advices/opinions on various legal issues (such as corporate entities,including liquidation and/or winding up processes,labour disputes resolution, including human capital practices; land claims, promotion of administrative justice; and interpretation & application of statutes, procurement or supply chain processes); drafting of policies, legislation, frameworks and strategies. Including individual and other corporate clientele, Mr Langa represented various State Owned Companies (“SOC”) in his line of duty and in the many years that he has been practicing as an attorney.

Mr Alpheus Sipho MOLOPE
Professional Assistant
Mr Molope was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2003. Mr Molope also served as an employee of the government institutions and/or entities such as the Regional Land Claims Commission of South Africa in Limpopo and South African Social Security Agency (“SASSA”) [which he is still serving]. Throughout his service as a practicing attorney, an employee of the government institutions, including his period of approximately 20 years in the legal field, MrMolope gained valuable exposure and experience on administration of deceased`s estates; magistrate, labour, land claims and superior courts litigation (including participation at and chairing of disciplinary enquiries, representation at CCMA arbitrations, arbitrations on contractual disputes, labourdispute litigation, litigation relating to land claims, road accident fund litigation, litigation on procurement and promotion of administrative justice, including access to information, litigation relating to divorce and matrimonial matters, litigation and legal assistance on the application of municipal laws and related bylaws); drafting, vetting and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including memorandum of understanding and other related legal instruments;provision of legal advices/opinions on various legal issues (such as corporate entities, including liquidation and/or winding up processes; labour disputes resolution, including human capital practices; land claims, promotion of administrative justice; and interpretation & application of statutes, procurement or supply chain processes); drafting of policies, legislation, frameworks and strategies. In addition to the individual and other corporate clientele that he served, including serving as a member of the board of certain institutions, MrMolope is also serving as a senior manager: litigation within the legal services department at SASSA.
